1/2 cup Onions chopped roughly
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups Colby-Jack Cheese shredded
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
3 cups Chicken shredded and fully cooked
1 bag Tater Tots
1 package Bacon cooked and chopped roughly

This incredible recipe will knock your socks off! A crazy casserole made with bacon, chicken, tater tots and cheese! This is a great recipe for kids to eat and to help make. It is very simple, but has a great taste!

Bacon Chicken Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Colby-Jack Cheese
  • 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 cups Chicken
  • 1 bag Tater Tots
  • 1 package Bacon

Preheat your oven to 350 degree F. Get out your favorite casserole dish in the 13x9 inch range and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Cook up the onions in the oil for about 5 minutes or until translucent.

I a large bowl, combine the chicken soup, sour cream, onion, milk, half of the cheese, 2 tsp of the ranch dressing mix, the black pepper, and the chicken. Stir well to combine.

Fill the bottom of the casserole dish with frozen tater tots. Spoon over the chicken mix, but leave some left in the bowl. Pour the rest of the Tater tots in the bowl and toss with the mixture and add to the casserole dish.

Top casserole with the rest of the cheese and all of the bacon.

Bake for 45 minutes and enjoy!
