This low and slow cooked beef ribs will blow your mind! The slow oven cooking really tenderizes the meat and gives it a great taste!

  • 1 Large Rack Beef Ribs
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Paprika

Get out your large rack of ribs and remove the silver skin on the underside. This will allow the flavors to penetrate the bottom of the meat.

Mix all the seasonings in a bowl. Next, rub the mixture all over the ribs to coat well.

Place your rubbed down meat into a plastic bag and let marinate for about two hours. This will combine the flavors and make these ribs taste amazing!

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Take your ribs out and wrap them tightly in foil. Place them in the oven on a rack for about three hours.

Remove the ribs and check on them. The meat should be pulling back from the bone and will be falling off the bone. Rub on some BBQ sauce if you like and place under the broiler in your oven for about five minutes. Even if you don't use the BBQ do this!
