Steps

1
Done

First, cut the rib rack into individual ribs. Place them in a large pot with water. Let them soak for about 30 minutes

2
Done

While you are waiting, mince up your garlic and gather all of your other ingredients. Annatto powder is a special powder that really give this the adobo flavor! When the ribs are done soaking, drain them out and add all the other ingredients along with 3 cups of water to the large pain with the drained out ribs.

3
Done

Cook at a medium high heat for about an hour or until the pork pulls back from the bones and is completely done. The liquid will evaporate. If it evaporates too much add more water until the ribs are done. Don't let it dry out.

4
Done

When the ribs are done, plate them over a bed of rice and pour on some of that lovely sauce! Enjoy!
