Steps

1
Done

Get yourself a large pan and put in the ground beef, the fire roasted green chilies, and the salt and pepper. The chilies do not have to be fire roasted, but it will definitely give this a great flavor! Cook until the meat is brown and done.

2
Done

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Dump in the cream of mushroom soup and the salsa. Stir to combine. Roughly tear the corn tortillas into pieces and add them to the mixture. Stir again. Lastly, add 1 cup of the cheese and stir to combine.

3
Done

Spray a 13x9 inch pan or cassarole dish with not stick spray and pour in the mixture evenly. Sprinkle on the last cup of cheese on top and bake in your 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is nice and brown.

4
Done

When done, scoop yourself out a heaping portion and crumble on some tortilla chips to give it another layer of texture and flavor! Enjoy!
