½ Yellow Onion
1 Bell Pepper Green
2 Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Package (12 oz.) Stir Fry Vegetables Fresh Broccoli, Carrots and Snap Peas
1 Package Sir Fry Seasoning or 1 Bottle of Stir Fry Sauce
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
½ Cup Peanuts
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
½ Teaspoon Sriracha
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Pepper

    1 Package Lo Mein Noodles,
    1/2 Yellow Onion,
    1 Bell Pepper,

    Have you ever wanted to make your own high-quality Lo Mein noodles (sometimes referred to as Chow Mein)? It’s easier than you think and really doesn’t take much time to cook – usually no more than 15 minutes. Best of all, it’s tastier and healthier than most take outs.

    Lo Mein is a dish everyone can enjoy. Kids love the noodles and parents love the healthy vegetables and quick prep time. Everyone can appreciate how great the dish tastes! This will definitely hit the spot when you and your family is craving Chinese takeout. You can’t beat how much quicker, tastier and healthier this dinner really is!

    Start by adding your packaged vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots and Snap Peas), Chopped Bell Pepper, Diced Onions. Add in your pressed garlic and start to sauté with Soy Sauce.

    Add in Olive Oil to give additional flavor and prevent sticking.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

    Add in peanuts in the last few minutes.

    Cook your chicken thoroughly and season with Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Salt and Pepper.

    Simmer on low and mix all ingredients together.

    Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add in Chinese Noodles or Japanese Udon Noodles. Don’t worry! They’ll cook down into the pot quickly.
