Gather together your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Get yourself a sheet pan and cover it with foil for easy clean up! Don't forget to give it a quick spray down with non-stick cooking spray so the chicken will not stick!

Chop up your parsley, mince your garlic and add them to a large bowl. Toss in the salt, lemon pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix up the mixture to combine it with a fork. Drizzle in 1 to 2 tsp of olive oil and mix again to moisten up the mixture.

Chop up your chicken breast into 2 to 3 pieces and roll them in the mixture before putting them on the sheet pan. After all the pieces are on the pan, get the rest of the mixture and pat it onto the chicken making a nice coat on each of them.

Put your chicken in the oven for about 25 minutes. Keep an eye on it when it gets near the end to make sure the breadcrumbs don't burn. Plate up your delicious chicken and drip fresh lemon juice over the top for that extra flavor! Enjoy!
