Easy Mason Jar Smoothies

Tasty and Good for You Treat!




Smoothies you can make directly in your Mason Jar!

This recipe makes whipping up a smoothie a breeze. Just freeze, add juice, pop on your blenders blade and get blending! This makes delicious, mouthwatering, sweet and tasty fruit smoothies.

Before you start with this recipe, make sure that your blender blade and mechanism fits properly onto your mason jar. If not, this recipe wont’ work easily for you. Wash all fruit thoroughly.


Cut up 1 Mango, 10 Strawberries, 2 Pears, and 2 Bananas into small chunks. The Raspberries can stay whole.


Place cut up fruit into mason jar, but do not push fruit down hard. Leave some space (about ½ inch) at the top of the mason jar. Cover with mason jar lid and freeze fruit overnight.


When ready to make your smoothie, grab your mason jar filled with frozen fruit out of your freeze. Pour in your ½ cup of Fruit Juice. You can pick your own type of fruit juice you like. Tropical fruit juice usually works well with this type of smoothie.


Replace your mason jar lid with your blender’s blade and housing. Screw on tightly and make sure the blender housing is very secure.


Place on your blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Remove blender blade and housing and enjoy!
