1 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Large eggs
1 can Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup Colby-Jack Cheese

Mini Italian Meatloafs

Incredible Mini Meatloafs!



These amazing little meatloafs pack a humongous flavor! With an Italian twist, these meatloafs will become a weeknight tradition!

First off, preheat your oven to 450 degrees. In a bowl, lightly beat the egg and add the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and some of the spaghetti sauce. Mix together. Now add the meat and half of the cheese. Mix again. Make small oval shaped meatloaf and place them on a greased sheet pan.


Next, pour over the rest of the sauce on the meatloafs and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.


Cook your meatloafs in the oven for about 20 minutes, checking around 15 minutes to make sure they are done a do not burn. Enjoy!
