This amazing recipe cooked nice and slow in the slow cooker is unbelievably good! It is easy to make for a weeknight dinner and the chicken is fall off the bone tender!

  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 can Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbl Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tbl Black Pepper
  • 2 cups White Rice

The night before, rub down your chicken drumstick and thighs with the seasoning salt and black pepper. Place in the freezer overnight.

Gather together your ingredients in the morning and pull out your frozen chicken drumstick and thighs. Place them into the slow cooker and add the chicken broth.

While the chicken is finishing up, cook up your rice and plate it. When the chicken is done, carefully place on top of the rice. Ladle some of the chicken broth from the slow cooker over the chicken and rice. Don't forget this part! That chicken broth is packed with great flavors! Eat up and enjoy!
