    • 10 Ounces Alfredo Sauce
    • 1/4 Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 Yellow Sweet Onion
    • 2 Large Eggs
    • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
    • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
    • 1 Tablespoon Garlic

    Dice Vegetables & Bring Water to Boil

    Finely dice your garlic cloves and sweet yellow onion. Once done, saute together on low heat with 1 tablespoon of butter.

    In addition, start the process of bringing 4 quarts of water to boil. Add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil to boiling water.

    Pan Fry Chicken

    Cut your chicken in to 1 inch by 1 inch cubes. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to frying pan and add while adding 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes to the cooking oil. This will create a nice subtle spicy concoction to cook your chicken in. Add in chicken and cook on low until thoroughly cooked. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add Tortellini to Boiling Water

    Add tortellini to boiling water and reduce to a gentle boil for 7-9 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Drain water from pasta and set aside.

    Combine Cooked Chicken, Sauteed Vegetables, and Tortellini. And in frozen peas and cook on low heat until peas are properly thawed.

    Add in marinara and alfredo sauce and stir. Cook until the pasta dish is to a thicker consistency. Let sit for 5-10 minutes for ingredients to cool down and then serve. Add shaved Parmesan cheese to the top of the dish to finish your cooking.
