Get a nice head of Romaine lettuce, wash it thoroughly and roughly chop it into bite sized pieces. Make sure you check your lettuce and remove any discolored or wilting pieces. This is a Caesar Salad you know!

Get a nice block of Parmesan Cheese and shave about 1/2 cup to add to the salad. Shaving the cheese enhances the flavors and textures of the salad and is at least 100 times better than the Parmesan that comes in those plastic containers! Trust me, your taste buds will thank you later!

Add some garlic croutons to the mix to give it that nice flavor. You can use regular croutons, but we recommend the garlic ones due to tradition and that it tastes so much better! This is also a great time to add a pinch or two of salt and pepper. Make sure you add it to your liking!

Drizzle on some Caesar dressing and plate yourself a generous portion! Eat all you want, its good for you and tastes good to boot!
